Airport Property is pleased to announce a new warehouse lease at 82 Manhattan Street in the Airport Industria area. The 845m² facility has been leased to Racing Distribution (Pty) Ltd, who distribute goods for Hollywood bets nationally.
Racing Distribution has branches across South Africa in major cities like Durban, Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Port Elizabeth. This new warehouse space in Airport Industria will allow them to strengthen their distribution capabilities and better serve the Western Cape region.
Guy de la Porte, Property Broker at Airport Property, facilitated the lease agreement. This modern warehouse is ideally situated with excellent access to major highways and the Cape Town International Airport. It provides the ideal location for their logistics operations.
The 845m² facility offers ample space for warehousing and distribution activities. Key features include high roof heights, secure yard space, and well configured office space.
