Airport Precint land is owned by ACSA (Airports Company of South Africa). This is leasehold land and never sold. Major users include Massmart, Bidvest, DHL, and Pick n Pay. CTX Business Park is a  popular logistics and freight industrial park which is located in the Airport Precinct.
