Guy de la Porte persuaded the investors to take the risk of purchasing the property, vacant, on the basis that a tenant would not be dificult to secure due to the fantastic location of the property.
The property is situated at 1 Myhof Road, Glosderry, which is an industrial area behind Access Park (South Africa’s most successful Factory shop complex) and has high exposure onto Landsdowne Road.
