Pallet Supply link have leased a 500m² warehouse in Parow Industria through niche Industrial Property brokerage, Airport Properties. The new warehouse, situated the corner of Spin and Radnor Street, opposite Pep’s head office is a great location for Pallet Sales due to the high volume of passing traffic to and from the area. The property is earmarked for an upgrade in the future, so a rental of R 30 per m² was negotiated and the premises were leased for a year. Airport Property has identified Parow Industria, due to its close proximity to Airport Industria, Beaconvale Industria and Epping and Bellville.
