Epping Industria is the most central industrial area in Cape Town with multiple entry and exit roads.It is well situated between the N1 and the N2, with the N7 National roads bisecting it. It consists of Epping 1 (Gunners Circle) and Epping 2 (Bofors Circle). Epping has mainly older buildings but there is a trend to modernize and redevelop properties as the area is very sought after for warehouses factories, logistics and distribution.
