The property, previously a juice factory, has been completely rebuilt, the floor and steel being the only components that were utilised from the original structure. The site has a large yard being situated on a site of 4358m2.
The project was managed expertly from start to finish by Marius Van der Berg . Guy de la Porte sold the property to the current owner in 1998 and a solid workin g relationship with him resulted in Airport Property being granted a sole mandate to lease the property.
