Airport Property has let a 17,400m² warehouse to Distell, Imperial, DSV and Stobel Distribution at 22 Manhattan Street, Airport Industria. Distell entered into a one year lease, DSV entered into a 3-year lease. Imperial entered into a one year lease and Stobel entered into a six-month lease. The total value of these leases is over R10 Million. The leases have been concluded by Guy de la Porte, who specialises in industrial property surrounding Cape Town International Airport. Stobel Warehousing and distribution is a national company, specializing in the handling and distribution of chemicals. Guy has previously leased properties to Distell and Stobel.
