Unitraco, as division of Steinhoff LTD has leased 2300m² at a gross rental of R34 per m² on a 5 year lease. The total value of the lease is R 6 Million. Central Park is one of Cape Town’s oldest and largest Industrial complexes. Central park was previously the Leyland Bus Factory and was converted to an industrial park early in the eighties. The complex has large power availability and all the units have 8m plus internal stacking height with fire sprinkler systems. Central Park offers caters for larger industrial users and the rental offers good value.
