Faurecia, a global player in the automotive industry. has leased 4722 square metre factory/warehouse premises, at Central Park, Elsie’s River Industria. The premises were formerly let to DB Schenker.

Central Park was originally the Leyland factory in Cape Town which was converted to an industrial park in the late eighties. Central Park has a selection of large double volume industrial units and has is owned by Growthpoint Property Fund who have a massive portfolio of high quality industrial properties throughout South Africa. Central Park is well let and is in close proximity to Airport Industria, Beaconvale, Epping and Parow Industria.
The deal was negotiated by Guy de la Porte of Airport Property who has a strong focus on large industrial properties, multinational industrial users and a concentration on building lasting relationships with top industry players.
